Truly enjoyed this really really nice stay for 4 nights. Its location was unbeatable, in the center, and in a very very nice area. Also, we where 1 mile from our favourite spot Salt Museum.

Location is particularly good and comfy, in the middle of jackson. The hotel offers good and satisfactory breakfast.

The rooms were updated, the pool was very clean, wonderful place. The hotel's location was marvellous, really close to the airport despite the actual shuttle van being trapped behind fire trucks, huge shopping mall, and convenient stores. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance from a waterside park. The staff was very welcoming and exceptional, always there to help.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a comfortable breakfast and dinner area. The staff went above and beyond in terms of friendliness and helpfulness, making our stay very reassuring. Meghan at the front desk was extremely accommodating when there was a mix-up with our booking, finding us a suitable room right across the hall. The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff even checked the food ingredients for allergies, making us feel safe and well taken care of.

It had perfect location, close to convenient stores, the Destiny USA mega mall, and Syracuse airport. Also, it was 2 miles from New Apostolic Church. We had a separate bedroom. The bathrooms here were fairly clean.

Well, it was a great stay for a family vacation. The staff was PLEASANT & consistently courteous. The location was perfect and good, at a moderate distance from a waterside park.

Hotel as a whole is nicely appointed and beautiful, I appreciated it.

It has favourable, comfortable setting, so close to Liverpool, NY, the Destiny USA mega mall and the Syracuse. Again, the hotel is 2 miles from Wegman's Landing Park.

This is a brand-new fairly clean hotel providing reasonably large rooms. It has absolutely perfect location in Liverpool as it's short walk to the Syracuse, NY area, the airport, and those stores. What's more, getting to a waterside park on foot takes about 10 mins.

Tbh, had a very comfortable stay for 4 nights. Big size room, everything was great. Loved our rooms with the kitchen.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The suite room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a kitchen. The location was perfect, close to everything and easy to find.
